What we collect

When you sign in to Solution Keepers, we collect your Google account email address, display name, and profile photo. As you use the product we record activity events (mark-offs, answers to reflection prompts, messages you send through the platform).

How we use it

Your activity is used to personalize the daily Spark and the reflection content delivered to you on subsequent visits. Processing happens server-side in an asynchronous pipeline; the product does not send your data to a language model in real time during your session.

Third parties

• Google — sign-in identity provider.
• Firebase (Google) — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Anthropic — model provider used by our offline personalization pipeline.

Retention

Account and activity data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing the address below.
